"I am single 26 year old homeowner thanks to Phebe! Prepare yourself for the good as well as the bad, but never give up!! It's a lot involved when purchasing a home and Phebe helps ease some of the stress of this process. May 20th of this year I officially became a home owner! Lavette Jackson (Gramar Realty) is my "Realtist". She's great, but if your looking for someone to sugarcoat your situation, she's not it!! All in all I've been in my home for 3 weeks and it's truly been one adventure after another. One thing I would like to let everyone know is your financial state is very important, meaning time and money management. If you're behind, get caught up. If you have old debts, make arrangements to pay them, don't be afraid to negotiate. And most importantly, don't bite off more than you can chew!! We're all guilty at some point, and good luck to all.

Class attendance January 2002-Moved in my home March 2002. Featured in March 2004-Essence Magazine!! I attended my classes sick with the flu, I was determined not to miss my blessing. Prior to attending the Phe'be classes I had many addressed issues on my credit report. So the blessing for me was when I attended the classes it was a pleasurable journey. I attended classes, opened a savings account at Third Federal bank, met my realist-Karen Kidd, found my home-went to the bank-was surprised that Ms. Murphy-Williams was there with me!! approved that day and the rest is history! My home has everything I needed and wanted. Prior to moving in I cleaned, painted and moved in boxes in my car. The final move in date, the movers arrived and all I had to do was direct them where to place my furniture. After I had moved in I called Ms. Murphy-Williams and invited her to my new home for coffee in my kitchen. There we praised Jesus and celebrated the victory. I will always celebrate and share the works of the Phebe foundation. I continue to refer persons to Phebe and I always will. Thank you Ms. Murphy-Williams and the Phebe Foundation.
