About
Sharron Murphy-Williams, Executive Director
Sharron Murphy-Williams
Executive Director

The Phe’be Foundation is comprised of a staff of knowledgeable and concerned professionals who have made a commitment to actively participate in the growth, stabilization and improvement of our communities. Our purpose is to serve the underserved and financially inexperienced, including men, women, children and seniors. This is accomplished through various financial literacy education classes, workshops and special programs. It is our goal to help build powerful, financially stable communities by educating, assisting and empowering those, whom otherwise, may be ignored.

The concept of The Phe’be Foundation was born more than ten years ago by the Executive Director, Sharron Murphy-Williams. Mrs. Murphy-Williams brings nearly twenty years experience to The Phe’be Foundation in the credit and financial arena. She began her career with Dun & Bradstreet prior to becoming a highly successful Independent Credit Counseling Specialist in the Greater Cleveland Area. Sharron has been recognized by BET, Essence Magazine, Kaleidoscope Magazine, The Plain Dealer, Call & Post, Cleveland Board of Education, Fannie Mae and countless others for the work she has done in the community as it pertains to financial literacy.

In addition to serving as leader of The Phe’be Foundation, Sharron Murphy-Williams gives back to her community by serving as a member of several civic and professional organizations including the U.S. Department of Chamber of Commerce, The Cleveland Realtist Association, The National Association of Female Executives, Cleveland Women’s Council of NAREB, Rotary Cleveland East and the Predatory Lending Task Force, where she has served as a board member.

The Phe’be Foundation is committed to standing in the gap and providing families the opportunity to experience new beginnings while empowering men, women and children to take control of their finances, their futures and their communities.
